All warranty repair units must be shipped directly to the manufacturer. ZONECAT DOES NOT provide warranty repair. Any unit shipped to ZONECAT for warranty repair will be refused at the door.
Retain ALL information included with your purchase, Fill out any included warranty cards and send to manufacturer.
Most manufacturers require an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before they will accept a return. The telephone numbers to call to request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number are listed below.

If you receive a package that has obviously been damaged in route to you, please contact your local UPS or USPS office IMMEDIATELY, Request that a representative of UPS or USPS pickup the merchandise and return it to us at no cost to you. You must have the merchandise in its original packing and in the condition in which it was received (UNOPENED and IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, if the item shows obvious indications of being opened we will decline acceptance). We WILL NOT issue a refund or an exchange until UPS or USPS agrees to reimburse us for the damages.
